The Ceasefire That Isn't Quite One

Trump announced a ceasefire. Oil fell 16 percent in a day. The Strait of Hormuz did not open. Iran is charging over a million dollars per ship for the privilege of asking whether they can pass. That is not a ceasefire. That is a very expensive pause.
