Trump sent the U.S. Navy to escort neutral ships out of the Gulf and called it Operation Project Freedom. Iran fired missiles at the UAE's Fujairah oil hub the same week. One side is trying to ease the physical supply crisis. The other side is attacking the bypass route that partially offsets it.
